Stephen D. Marshall began his career with the Amerimar family of companies in the mid-1990s, joining Amerimar Realty Company in 2006. As a key member of the Amerimar Realty team, Stephen has partnered on many real estate ventures with an emphasis on the redevelopment of underutilized properties and is currently focused on supporting the company’s efforts in northeast Ohio. His responsibilities also include the management of a number of Amerimar Realty’s existing assets.
Notably, Stephen recently played a key role in the renovations of the Parc Rittenhouse, a large-scale, luxury condominium conversion on Rittenhouse Square, the most desirable neighborhood in Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Amerimar Realty, Stephen worked at Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. and as part of the management team for The Jefferson Building (Philadelphia, PA). In addition to his work, Stephen is an active member of the Philadelphia community, lending his time and support to the Philadelphia Museum of Art and The Philadelphia Orchestra. Stephen also served as Secretary of the Board for the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia.
Stephen graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in economics. During his tenure at Penn, Stephen was captain of the sailing team and subsequently participated as a finalist in the 1996 Olympic Trials for the US Sailing Team.
